Openmtbmap.org – Mountainbike and Hiking Maps based on Openstreetmap

No changes to the maps (and also mkgmap development being very quiet last week), but new installers/uninstallers that check more things so less chance to do something wrong. Also no more need to move contourlines to seperate folder. Adding them to normal map folder and then running create_mapsource…. .bat is enough now.
