This time again only a "small" update, meaning new map, data, newest mkgmap svn, and hopefully fully working streetnames again.

Habe gerade das Update vom 16. Juli auf meinem Edge705 ausprobiert. Straßennamen sind jetzt endlich wieder lesbar und nicht nur die A…………….
Anfangsbuchstaben, so wie bei der Version vom 8. Juli. Das ist gut so! Was noch ein wenig stört, Ampeln werden als Anker dargestellt, da muss es irgend einen Mismatch in den TYP-Files geben. Ich habe übrigens die Kacheln mit dem mkgmap.jar und dem white**.TYP zu einem gmapsupp.img zusammengebaut und dann direkt auf die SmartCard geschrieben.
Jedenfalls nochmals vielen Dank für das Projekt, so macht mein Garmin endlich Sinn!
PS: Gibt es eigentlich schon Neuigkeiten bezüglich der POI’s für Trinkwasser?

hast Du auch manchmal unterschiedliche Routenführung zwischen MapSource und dem Edge?
Oder macht der Edge das immer gleich wie MapSource?

Hello, just a feedback to the actual update of the mtbmap. With my etrex vista hcx the streetname are not visible. That means only the first character is visible the other’s are just dot’s.
