Oh I just notice I never answered this question. For a dedicated trail in a bikepark I think oneway=yes could be used - otherwise surely not as there is no legal rule why it should be a oneway. People could also hike or ride up. Indicating the incline therefore is much better and reflexts reality more. Actually even in a bikepark I feel oneway=yes is a stretch as there is usually no oneway street sign, just signs asking people to use it downhill only. This would need to be discussed on osm-tagging mailing list/wiki on if it should be tagged with oneay or not also without a standard oneway street sign.]]></description>
