Map Updates 22 July 2010

Improved the installer again, to help out those tremendously stupid people that try to update maps while Mapsource/Basecamp is open (will fail if Mapsource is not called Mapsource.exe though). Also correct living_street unroutable bug.

I migrated the creation away from my desktop to a new server. Else only new mapdata.
