Openmtbmap.org – Mountainbike and Hiking Maps based on Openstreetmap

Map updates corrects bug of routing somtimes being broken when using shorter distance (cycleroutes on bridges, or in combination with cycleway=opposite/both/...). Also makes cities searchable by german, english, local and international name. Made bigger tiles for Netherlands and Denmark. Delete all tiles before updating any of the two countries (or you have some leftovers, that would make create_gmapsupp or create_mapsource_installationfiles go strange).
