No big changes, just bugfixes (in very rare cases there were still some invisble ways), better layout of cycleway=*

Map Updates 16.11.2009

Mainly Bugfixes. Newest mkgmap version brings again working search (Working in Mapsource only correctly so far of course) for Germany, and a corrected city index (search for city should now work correctly on GPS too).
