[:en] Improved the installer again, to help out those tremendously stupid people that try to update maps while Mapsource/Basecamp is open (will fail if Mapsource is not called Mapsource.exe though). Also correct living_street unroutable bug.
Else only new mapdata as allways
[:de] Installer noch einmal verbessert, um dummen Usern zu helfen, die versuchen Karten upzudaten waerend Mapsource/Basecamp geoeffnet ist (obwohl man vorher zustimmt es zu schliessen). Ausserdem sind living_streets wieder routingfaehig.
Ansonsten nur neue Kartendaten wie immer.
