Only minor changes. Sorry for the update being one day late. Some correction to srtm contourline generation batch (solves some probs with Germany), and wide typfile again very lightish forest.
BTW we have now arrived at 22.000 ways being classified with mtb:scale (compared to around 60.000 with sac_scale). This is really great. However only around 5.000 ways are tagged with mtb:scale:uphill, and even fewer of them have an incline tag. I would really like to see more ways tagged with mtb:scale:uphill and incline - meaning more ways that one cannot ride uphill tagged correctly to make it known. The information whether or not one can ride uphill a way, is in my eyes the most important question a map has to answer for mountainbikers!
