Supportare il Sito Openmtbmap.org e lo Sviluppo delle Mappe
Impiego molto tempo lavorando sulle mappe, lavorando a questo sito e sulle wiki/forums di OSM in modo che tutti possano godere di ottime mappe per la mountain bike. Se volete supportarmi per fare questo, siete pregati di donare qualcosa per motivarmi nel continuo sviluppo.
Potete pagare usando Paypal o facendo un bonifico. Se volete diventare membri, preferisco ricevere pagamenti tramite Paypal // Carta di Credito (tuttavia se non volete fare pagamenti tramite paypal o carta di credito, potete ancora donare tramite bonifico bancario). Se avete già un membro a vita, o volete supportare Openmtbmap.org senza diventare membri, in questo caso preferisco il pagamento tramite bonifico bancario così risparmio circa il ~5% delle commissioni di Paypal (tuttavia sentitevi liberi di donare usando paypal se vi è più comodo).
I Membri non avranno accesso solo alla funzione commenti, ma potranno anche scaricare la Mappa dell'Europa (Openmtbmap e Velomap) e in futuro (spero) avranno accesso ad un forum di supporto (pianificato per Luglio 2011) e a dei Video Tutorial.
- Supporto rapido attraverso i commenti (rispondo solitamente entro qualche ora e quasi sempre entro 2 giorni) - supporto in inglese, tedesco e francese.
- Mappe esclusive:
- Mappa dell'Europa con curve di livello dell'intera zona.
- Nord America (incluse curve di livello): Stati Uniti (divisa in 5 parti), Canada.
- Australia, Nuova Zelanda, Nuova Caledonia tutte incluse di curve di livello (e anche un unico file di curve di livello per Australia-Oceania)
- Curve di livello per Sud America, America Centrale, Africa e Asia.
- Mappe esclusive per Mac OSx (openmtbmap e velomap):
- Sia Openmtbmap e Velomap sono ora disponibili per il download in formato gmap/gmapi. L'installazione è semplice e veloce su Garmin Basecamp per Mac OSX.
Nota 1 : la login funziona per il sito Openmtbmap o Velomap, ma i download premium sono sempre disponibili in entrambi i siti.
Potete inserire commenti o domande specifiche su Velomap nella sezione Velomap sul sito Openmtbmap e viceversa (questo perchè i due siti hanno database differenti. Le persone che pagano 50€ o più possono mandarmi una mail per richiedere la copia del profilo su entrambi i siti).
Note 2: Se avete acquistato in passato (quindi disponete già di un account) e volete estendere l'abbonamento, eseguite il login e vedrete i prezzi per l'estensione/riattivazione dell'account premium!
Dopo aver fatto il pagamento riceverete un link via email che vi permetterà di creare un account su Openmtbmap.org.
Con questo account potrete accedere alla sezione e i download premium e potrete usare i commenti su tutte le pagine, io cercherò di rispondere a tutte le domande. Se non avrete ricevuto una email entro 5 minuti dal pagamento, controllate la cartella SPAM.
Ci sono 2 opzioni 1. Primo anno di supporto/accesso ai download per 20€, poi 15€ per ogni anno. Puoi annullare il pagamento quando vuoi su Paypal. (ha bisogno di una carta di credito collegata al tuo account Paypal). Se non si annulla prima della fine dell'anno, il pagamento continuerà ogni anno - è un abbonamento. 2. Paga per un periodo fisso. 20€ per 1 anno, 37€ per 2 anni ... e così via. Vedi la casella a discesa. Basta scegliere importo/tempo e compilare - il tuo nome utente/password viene creato direttamente! In realtà non ricevo mai i dati della tua carta di credito - I dati della tua carta di credito sono gestiti in modo sicuro tramite Stripe. (è anche possibile pagare con carta di debito Visa e Mastercard, ma non con Maestro). Gli abbonamenti sono possibili solo con PayPal Spiacente - grazie alle regole EU VATMOSS non posso offrire il pagamento tramite semplice bonifico bancario per ora. C'è una soluzione alternativa però - puoi aprire un conto Paypal - trasferire denaro su di esso, e poi usarlo per pagare (niente abbonamenti - solo pagamenti una tantum senza carta di credito). Non mi piace proprio questa situazione - ma non posso cambiarla per ora perché altrimenti il mio carico amministrativo è troppo alto. Non sono affatto un fan di PayPal (ecco perché il gateway di default è Stripe) - ma per ora non c'è una possibilità migliore se non hai una carta di credito - o non vuoi usare la tua carta di credito online. Preferisco ricevere donazioni per l'affiliazione tramite Paypal perchè è più facile per me gestirle. Per donazioni che non riguardano l'affiliazione, o per le persone che non vogliono pagare tramite Paypal/Carta di Credito, ho aperto un conto corrente bancario (che non ha la commissione del ~5% di paypal) Nel caso in cui vogliate avere un account premium siete pregati di inviare i soldi, e mandarmi un email con il vostro username&password e il vostro nome.(da notare che i soldi impiegheranno circa 2 giorni lavorativi ad arrivare sul cono bancario, quindi vi manderò il login dopo circa 2-4 giorni dopo). Potete anche mettere il vostro nome utente ed email nella causale del bonifico (sostituite la "@" con "AT" perchè la @ non viene accettata come causale), questo rende la cosa più facile per me. new bank account data soon. ich habe die Afrika Nicht-unicode Karte runterladen auf mein Macbook, um die Datei dann auf eine SD Karte für meinen Garmin 400 zu kopieren.
Was bei Spanien gut funktionierte, klappt hier leider nicht. ich bekomme immer eine Fehlermeldung, dass die Datei 4,8GB zu groß sei bei einer SD Karte von 32GB.
Wo liegt mein Fehler?

FAT32 – ich habe den Afrika Kontinent Download nun entfernt – da er zu groß für das Dateisystem ist. Du muss die Windows oder OSx Version am PC installieren – und die Karte dann mit (Basecamp) MapInstall senden.

I downloaded the OPENMTB for my garmin edge 1000, but the track has a very thin line and I can’t figure out which paths to choose. What can I do?
You need to switch the track to active / trackback – then it will be wider. Or use a route instead – while routing it will be much wider. On edge x40 you could edit the theme file and make tracks wider – but on edge 1000 there is no such setting as far as I know.

Seems like towns in Europe version does not have proper Croatia names.
Also same with Slovenian names on Europe map.
Am I missing some here?
what do you mean with proper? English of course uses english translation for any name that exists in English – or alternatively it will use intl, german, french, spanish, italian before it uses the local name. If you want local names – use the local language. The English version is meant for people not understanding the local language.
I donwloaded europe_18.12.2022_NU_Local.
On Non Unicode version there is no issue.

Non Unicode version runs fine to me and I’m happy. 🙂
But for the other, if someone needs Unicode version can run in some issues.
Non Unicode will only work within latin1 using regions – so not in Greece for example. There you need unicode. And I still don’t know what you mean with issue, as far as I can tell everything is as expected.
Pay attention on names of town names.
For example, town “Opatija” in europe_18.12.2022_NU_Local has different name. It’s named “Abbazia” in europe_18.12.2022_UC_ENG.
It’s visible on screenshots.

The download itself is likely broken. I guess it’s the local language version? I will render it again. This message is not related to antivirus (or the problem is that on redownload – you got a cached broken version).

As you are paying via paypal – you need to add your new credit card there – then remove your old one (don’t forget removing the old one).

ich weiß gar nicht mehr wie viele Jahre ich schon deine Karten nutze. Mein Garmin und deine Maps waren und sind immer noch ständige Begleiter auf Wanderungen in Nordamerika, Nicaragua und in vielen Ländern Europas.
Ich muß mich hier einfach einmal für deine großartige Arbeit bedanken.

Freut mich sehr zu hören, ich wünsche dir weiterhin viel Spaß – vor allem da ja etwa Nordamerika und Afrika viel schlechter gemapped sind in OSM – aber trotzdem deine Zwecke erfüllen.

Nein die Verlängerung per Abo ist pro Folgejahr 15€ – die einmalige oder erstmalige Verlängerung ist 18€ – das ist korrekt so.

ich habe die openmtb Spain heruntergeladen und installiert (MacBook Air M1, Monterey). Auch nach vielem Hin- und Herkopieren der Konturdateien, löschen des Tile-Cache, Neuinstallation der Karte, sehe ich keine Höhenlinien.
Nehme ich die alte Karte von 2019, dann funktionieren die Höhenlinien sofort. Was mache ich falsch?

Schau zuerst das die Struktur der Dateien ident ist – sprich die 6* und 7* Ordner im selben Ordner analog der alten Karte liegen. Dann die info.xml austauschen – dann den Cache löschen.
2019 waren die Höhenlinien noch integriert – nachdem deutlich bessere Quelldaten zugänglich waren ist die Größe der Höhenlinien deutlich gewachsen und ich habe sie ausgelagert.

Ich mag deine Karten wirklich, jedoch begegnen mir ab und zu Wege die mit “fixme” markiert sind, z.b. https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/82371187. Ich weiss nicht genau ob dein style oder das OSM tagging hier gefixt werden soll. Der verlinkte Weg sieht aber nicht falsch getaggt aus. Was wirklich ärgerlich bei diesen “fixme” Wegen ist, ist, dass sie wirklich schlecht sichtbar sind auf meinem etrex 30x. Kann man da vielleicht etwas machen? Vielleicht den Stil dieser “fixme” Wege anpassen?
Fixme hat oft eine Beschreibung – also nict fixme=yes sondern fixme=XYZ – das ganze ist etwas schwer da ich ja XYZ nicht verstehe beim Kartenerstellen – daher werden diese Wege abhängig von den anderen TAgs dann oft weniger sichtbar in der Karte dargestellt. Wenn du den Weg kennst und es korrekt erscheint, dann entferne den fixme Tag.
Allerdinsg ist der von dir verlinkte Weg access=private – also nur für Eigentümer/bzw mit Erlaubnis von Eigentümer nutzbar – daher ist der Weg nur angedeutet in der Karte. Angenommen jeder darf zu Fuß oder mit Rad diesen Weg nutzen, aber nur der Eigentümer darf mit Motorfahrzeug dort hin so ist der Access=private falsch und es müsste evtl ein motor_vehicle=private Tag stattdessen an den Weg.

Hallo Felix Kannst du das garmin sr 66 oder das s 66 empfehlen. Ich habe zurzeit das garmin St 64.Ich lege wert auf Genauigkeit vom Standort und schnelles weiter rechnen der Strecke bei Umleitung und verlassen der vorherigen Route.

Ich weiß nicht ob das 66er auch nur irgendwie schneller ist als das 64er. Soweit ich weiß unterscheiden die sich bis auf ein paar neue Funktionen bezüglich App Integration/Sensoren kaum. Schneller sind die neuen Explore2/Edge 1040.
Beide sind was POI Suche angeht etwas eingeschränkt – zeigen nicht mehr alle Kategorien an (wobei seit dem Firmware Update beim 1040er vor ein paar Tagen die Suche nun immerhan funktioniert. Hauptunterschied ist Akku Laufzeit, Displaygröße und der Lichtsesonsor, neben mehr Trainingsfunktionen am 1040er. Ansonsten sind sie ident (Prozessor/Software). Genauigkeit vom GPS Empfang ist auch deutlich besser.
Bedienkonzept ist allerdings sehr anders, und beim wandern ist es nervig den Screenlock/Unlock zu nutzen.

Hallo, Hab gestern das Karten update vom Juli Europa NU auf meinem PC (win10 Basecamp) installiert. In Basecamp fuktioniert alles, aber dei uploads auf mein garmin Edge 1000 explorer wollen nicht so richtig. Ich sehe auf dem Edge das file omtb.europe_15.07.2022_NU_Local, aber auf dem display sehe ich nur die Höhenlienien! wen ich die Garminkarte aktiwiere sehe ich die auch auf dem display?
Was ist schiefgelaufen?
Siehst du evtl zwei Einträge für die Openmtbmap Europe NU? Dann beide aktivieren weil einer die Höhenlinien sind. Ich nehme an du hast die Karten mit MapInstall gesendet? Pass auf am Rad wegen Überlappung – du must das komplette Gebiet abziehen mit gedrückter Maustaste (kein Klick!) das du brauchst und am Rand wird immer etwas Karte alleine oder Höhenlinien alleine überstehen (außer am Rand der Karte an sich) – da die Höhenlinienkacheln und die Kartenkacheln nicht deckungsgleich sind.

Ich habe ein Problem beim Download der Veloeurope.7Z mit Windows 10!
Leider hab ich die “alte” Karte gelöscht. Beim neuerl. Download (bereits 4 x mit sehr niedriger Downloadgeschwindigkeit) lädt Veloeurope.7z bis kurz vor Downloadende – dann bricht der Download ab.
Weiters hab ich den Hinweis nicht verstanden, wie die Kartenansicht z.B. Fenix auf das Gerät zu laden ist.
Vielleicht kannst Du da weiterhelfen!

Wenn es ganz am Ende abbricht – ist wohl Antivirus oder ähnliches das Problem. Versuche Free Download Manager mit Chrome/Edge Plugin – da bekommst du auch eine vernünftige Meldung zum Abbruch.
2. Du wählst beim installieren das Fenix Layout aus – und sendest dann mit MapInstall (siehe Tutorials) die Karte. Du kannst per change_laoyut… .exe schnell das Layout ändern – weil am Desktop ist das Fenix Layout grauslich.
